Here are some samples of our charts and
the lesson summaries:
Lesson 1: What is the purpose of life?
|

|

|
The purpose of this lesson is to get people thinking of
what the object of life is. People go through life not considering
why they are here until a tragedy or crisis makes them ask
questions of eternal importance. Without God defining our life
purpose, living becomes meaningless and, ultimately, futile. This
lesson gets at the heart of where we came from, why we are here,
and where we are going. The close of this lesson should inspire
hope that we have a certain and bright future planned for us by a
loving God.
Lesson 2: Who is Jesus Christ?
|
|

|

|
A foundational understanding of purpose is laid in the previous
lesson. If God is truly the purpose of life, who is He? This
lesson informs the individual of the identity of Jesus Christ by
His birth, His life, ministry, death, burial, and resurrection. It
doesn't matter what others' opinion of Jesus are. His personal
claims were very obvious. Jesus claimed to be the Almighty God in
flesh sent to save hopeless mankind. At the end of the lesson, a
commitment to His identity is made very personal.
Lesson 3: Why did Jesus come?
|
|

|
 |
The purpose of this lesson is to go from who Jesus is to why
He came. It moves us from a revelation of Christ to a
relationship with Christ. The participants must know of
God's great love and the price that was paid for them on Calvary.
This lesson discusses what it means to be "saved" or
"born again" the why of Christ's coming. It also
calls for a commitment to God through repentance, water baptism in
the name of Jesus and the infilling of the Holy Ghost.
Lesson 4: How do I grow in Christ?
|
|

|
 |
The purpose of this lesson is to encourage individuals to fulfill
their life mission by becoming effective and lifelong disciples of
Jesus Christ. Knowing the identity of Jesus and obeying the Gospel
is just the beginning. Now it's time to grow in Christ through
prayer, the Word, fellowship, and evangelism.
